Mt. Chenadorje

Mt. Chenadorje is within the park of Yading. It is called XiaNuo Duoji in local language.

Mt. Chenadorje is one of the 3 holy mountains in Yading Park. It is east to Luorong Yak Ranch.

Mt. Chenadorje, also known as Xia Nuo Duoji, is located at the junction of Muli Tibetan Autonomous County in Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province and Daocheng County in Ganzi Prefecture. It means that the "Golden Hand Bodhisattva" is the eastern peak of the "Three Buddhas" Snow Mountain. It is 5958 meters above sea level. It is the third place in the "Sancha Master Snow Mountain". In 1928, Joseph Rock entered Yading for the first time from Muli, and the first to get in touch was the Chenadorje. When he first saw Mt. Chenadorje, he was astonished by this mountain.
