Best Season to see Rhododendron in Emei is from Mid May to Mid June. The prime time is from last week of May to first week of June.

Best locations to see Rhododendron flowers in Emei include Leidongping, and the trail extend to NE for 1km after Lingjue Temple and the trail is not steep to walk. The other locations include the trail between Leidongping and the Golden Summit but the trail is steep to walk.
