AHainan Wildlife Park Hit by Typhoon

In recent days, Hainan Tropical Wildlife Park has been hit hard by the 17 level super typhoon "Capricorn", which has attracted the attention of many netizens. An "emergency appeal" issued by netizens has circulated online, stating that after experiencing the typhoon, animals can only stay indoors and the outdoor area urgently needs to be cleaned up, but currently cannot rely on mechanical operation, only manual force, and more manpower is urgently needed to join the disaster relief. On September 12th, the Haikou Tourism and Culture Bureau confirmed this information. The park said that there is no problem with the living and work security of more than 2000 animals, including the giant panda brothers "Gong Gong" and "Shun Shun", as well as the park staff, but cleaning the environment does require more manpower.

Some local fans of the giant panda brothers "Gong Gong" and "Shun Shun" have been rushing to the Hainan Tropical Wildlife Park to help since the 10th. Ms. Yang, a local resident, said that "Gong Gong" and "Shun Shun" are currently in good condition, but they cannot go outdoors. With the consent of the park, some local netizens have been participating in the cleanup work for three consecutive days and will organize some people to help this weekend.
