Tsemei Pass is a 4550 meters' mountain pass that has an excellent panoramic views of Minya Konka from the west. It is a good location with easy accessibility favoured by many photographers. Usually the Pass is crowded by Chinese backpackers during tourist seasons in China. There is a little shackshed first built by local herdsmen and now a regular shelter for travelers. The Tsemei Pass is not the only pass that have such Panoramic views of Minya Konka, there are other passes that have different panoramic views named Yaha Pass and Yulongxi Pass. And there are more yet to be discovered.
Tsemei Village
Tsemei Camp, or most frequently referred as Zimei village, is a small community at the foot of Tsemei Pass. This settlement has only several families. It is now under construction by local government for the purpose of developing local economy and accelerating its tourism.
