Book NowArrive to Jiuzhaigou Airport and be met by your guide and you will be taken to your hotel in Jiuzhaigou. The airport of Jiuzhaigou is at the elevation of 3450m and you are recommended to prepare extra layer while arriving due to its high altitude and possibly lower temperature. You will be driving for around 2 hours on mountain road to your hotel in Jiuzhaigou. If your flight arrives in the morning this tour will be altered in accordance and sequence of visits will be adjusted. After arrive hotel, check in and take a good rest. You are free to take orientation walk around your hotel.
Today is a full day sightseeing in the Jiuzhaigou. Jiuzhaigou has won many brilliant reputations, such as World Natural Heritage Sites, 5A National Park, and Best Waterscape in China. Today, you will found out all the reputations worthy any of them. Water is the soul of Jiuzhaigou, and there are more than 108 lakes, several large groups of waterfall scattering on three valleys shaping a large “Y”. The wild forest and pure high snow mountains are the best setoffs to the waterscape of Jiuzhaigou. You will see streams flowing quietly among valleys, beautiful waterfalls dropping from high mountains, and colorful lakes with amazing reflection of colorful forest. Today you will be fully-guided through your visit to two of the Jiuzhaigou Valleys. After the sightseeing, drive back to your hotel, and take a good rest.

Today you will come into the Jiuzhaigou park again to see one of its three valleys. The three valleys of Jiuzhaigou are Rize Valley, Zezhawa Valley and Shuzheng Valley. Entrance of Jiuzhaigou Park is by the north of Shuzheng Valley and then it splits into Rize and Zezhawa by Nuorilang Waterfall. Rize Valley is home to many beautiful lakes including Grass Lake, Swan Lake, Arrow Bamboo Lake and waterfall, Panda Lake and waterfall, Five Flower Lake, Golden Bell Lake, Pearl Shoal Waterfall and Mirror Lake. Rize Valley takes normally around 4-5 hours to see its full beauty and total 8km if hiking. Zezhawa Valley is home to the famous Long Lake and Five-colored Lake. Zechawa Valley is actually the longest valley of Jiuzhaigou yet it has the fewest lakes and Long Lake and 5-colored Lake are the only two lakes open and normally it takes around 2 hours to see this valley. Shuzheng Valley is home to Nuorilang Waterfall, Rhino Lake, Tiger Lake, Shuzheng Waterfall, Shuzheng Village, Shuzheng Lakes, Huohua Lake, Reed Lake and Bonsai Shoal. It normally takes around 4 -5 hours, 10km if walking to see all lakes in Shuzheng Valley. Your 2-day visit will be adjusted according to the season.
After your second day visit in Jiuzhaigou, you will drive out for around 2 hours to Chuanzhusi in the afternoon. You will have chance to see more views along the drive way. After arrive in Chuanzhusi, check in hotel and free to walk this small town.

Today you will go to visit Huanglong Park. Start by a 30-minutes’ drive and arrive at Huanglong Park. Huanglong Park is a series of stunning calcium lakes at elevation of over 3000 meters. You are recommended to use the cable car for at least one way (usually to go up) and there is necessary walking involved. Be careful while walking in the park since the altitude is at around 3000m and with less oxygen. There is a 2-3 hours of walking over 2500+ meters involved while visiting this park. The walk will be on well-maintained boardwalk all the way down along the lakes. The visit is around 3-4 hours total. Today you will have a late lunch. After the visit, drive for another 1 hour to get to the airport and check in to the airport, your Jiuzhaigou Tour ends.

2. This tour involves walking at high altitude (over 2500 meters), so precautions of mountain sickness are necessary. Precautions of mountain sickness include taking care of yourself by keeping yourself warm and hydrated all the time; do not stress yourself too much during the tour; have good rest by nights.
3. Jiuzhaigou is suitable for traveling all year around. While summer and autumn are the best seasons to visit. From November to the next April is usually a quieter time but it is still beautiful to visit. Huanglong Park is sometimes closed in winter due to its dry season that not much water is running in the lakes.
4. Traveling to the listed places may expect usually lower standard services at hotels and restaurants even if they maybe the best choices of all. The service level may not be as good to what you have in places like Chengdu. The hotel people may not speak English nor do the people from restaurants. These places are usually considered quite far, wild but beautiful. As authenticity comes often with less comfortability. Public Toilet can be really bad. You are always recommended to use your toilet in your hotel. You are recommended to have toilet paper with you. Food is often with limited options at most of the places. Basically you can find Chinese Food with Sichuan style. On a guided trip you can have them customized into vegetarian or non/less spicy.
