At the moment Mt. Siguniang and Jiuzhaigou is closed to foreign travelers.
Unlike Chengdu and its sorroundings, Jiuzhaigou and Mt. Siguniang, along with other places in Aba Prefecture are closed to expats in China, no matter how long you've lived in China. This is unfortunate since the local authority of Aba and the tourist parks treat foreigners indiscriminately despite all necessary health proofs you can provide. Please check with us on the lastest regulation on this.
