Yaan Tea Plantation: Niunianping and Jingu Village

Niunianping and Jingu Village are two main Tea Plantation villages in Yaan along the highway and easy to get to. As an important tea-horse road city, Yaan is one of the main terminals of the southern Silk Road in ancient China. Its tea production went to all the way to Tibet. From today's tea business one can see its glory in the old times.

Niunianping tea plantation is near the main traveler route to Tibetan Sichuan in Yaan. Yaan has perfect climate for tea growing and Niunianping has made the tea plantation easily accessible.

In Jingu Village is where the famous "Finger Print of the Earth" is located. The terraced hills are planted just tea and makes amazing photos especially from above.
